"John and his helper Nathan did an excellent job!! They arrived when they said they were going to an hung a 65 inch tv and a 50 inch tv with no problem at all! The job was done in a timely manor. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"Brian repaired my foundation wall hairline cracks.  Two were seeping water in massive downpours, the others were not leaking.  I decided to have them all sealed and he gave me a fantastic price for all of them.  I also had him replace my sump pump.  Brian filled my basement cracks for less than what the other “big name” companies quoted me and, just like them, gave me a lifetime warranty.  Note the warranty is for the lifetime of the home, not the homeowner, so it is fully transferable to other owners.  The service and flexibility I received from Basement Waterproofing Solutions was superb.  They deserve a POH Nomination, which I will give them, since they are one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with."
