"Very professional, reliable, courteous. Quality work"

"I got the pleasure of working with the owner of Dahly Services for over a year while I was managing a townhome complex in Stanley, ND. He was by far one of the best contractors Iâ ve worked with. His work ethics were extremely professional and he had the best work integrity. I never felt the need to have to overlook any of his projects because he always got them done in a timely manner and the quality of his work was always over and above our expectations . He performed tasks such as electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, as well as mainly other maintenance requests. He had an amazing demeanor was and always very courteous. Everyone of my tenants had nothing but good things to say about him and the owners of the property were always pleased with his work. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone who knows what heâ s doing and puts out good quality work for a reasonable rate."

"This company was one of 5 over two days that came and inspected my roof and gave an estimate for repairs. This company was the only one that took the time and trouble to inspect the situation from the attic as well as the roof. Very thorough and very clear on the repairs that he recommended and reasons for them. The estimate was not the cheapest but for the work proposed, i felt it was fair. I was able to schedule the work done within one week. I was given the date and time of the repair men and they arrived as scheduled. They went right to work and I could see that they were in the right area and the materials they took up to the roof. These gentlemen were done with the removal of the shingles, replacement of the vent with a metal vent and reshingling with new near matching shingles and any other necessary work in just over two hours. They also kindly blew out the gutter debris on that side of the roof. They left no mess except maybe some of that gutter debris. It rained again soon after with no further leakage; YAY!"

"Sims Pro improvement does an excellent job. We had siding and a porch roof put on. I highly recommend them. They went above and beyond."

"Roof project has just started but all the information I was given has been complete, informative and timely. I suffered through many other companys boring, hard sale pitches and was not so impressed. Rudy's showed up on time, has been there when I had questions and I feel confortable that he will see that the roof is installed correctly and promptly. I would highly recommed Rudy's to my friends and neighbors."

"At first I was just going to paint my house but after I talk to Jay he would recommend go with siding that it would last longer and that s right my house looks so nice. highly recommend they do any kinda work thank you J diaz general contractor"

"Very professional, friendly, and prompt service.  They took time to explain what had caused the damages to the roof and what needed to be done to prevent the damages from re-occurring.  Also, they explained the benefits of a full roof replacement vs just repairing the damaged area.
