His ratings/reviews got him a seat at the table and his price clinched our choosing him. Javier was available very quickly. He arrived on time. His work is exceptional. He was a very hard worker and respectful of us and our property. Once the job was done (a few days) he cleaned up thoroughly and we are thrilled with the outcome. We had T1-11 siding on about 2/3 of a back wall of our house and then wrapped around 1/3 of another wall. Beneath was simply studs and insulation. He had to remove all that and create a new wall for us, in essence. All in preparation for having the house exterior painted in a couple months. It was such an eyesore, we lived with it for 12+ years, and now Javier's craftsmanship has transformed the back of our house where we spend a lot of time in the summer.
