"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Tom and Matt came by to side my house (and garage), put in new windows, and rip off the old roof and put a new one on. Attention to detail was impeccable. All of our neighbors were impressed with the work, and would often stop by to see the guys work their magic. They got here early every day, busted their butts, and always made sure to clean up before they left. "If your looking for fast friendly reliable service look no further. Richie and his team of 8 men without question performed beyond my expectations. If you have a old roof Rich will tell you up front what the job will detail , they replaced my roof within 7 hours they also cleaned my gutters out , they also removed all of my old dish antenas and secured part of my siding at no extra charge. When the job was done they cleaned up after they where done so good that you could not tell that they just installed a new roof. Unlike their competitors that just have their own interest in mind and not the customers. As far as price Rich is fair and competitive. However if your looking for the best of the best don't bother to look any further, Rich is by far the best. Last but not least you get what you pay for. "Bad you did not perform service, because claim adjuster lied to me first email said my out side until cover and I have to pay inside coil which is about $1500 which was fine. After few days she called me said I have pay $3500 and my warranty cover only $1500 which was lie I’m not happy with claim adjuster, I called customer service to find out my air coverage it was fals statement from claim adjuster, I have your warranty at least more then 5 years and I had no problem your customer service is very good I recommend several my friends and family members who has choice home warranty"
