"We hired D&S to install smooth Hardie plank siding on our large house. It is a complete remodel with a lot of windows, vents and 9 of the fresh air inlets that Edmonds is now requiring. They also installed the soffits with vents running the full length of the side soffits. They did a great job a high quality installation and the house looks great now. My wife and I are pretty picky, and we were very impressed with the tremendous attention to detail in the work. We have told Sergey that he can feel free to use us for a reference and send anyone by to see the great job they did. Highly recommended."

"It went smooth. Very professional and courteous"

"It was a pleasure working with Perdue Builders from quotation to completion! My project included new windows, siding, painting, decks, porches, and stairs. Everything they said they would do they did. I am a retired contractor with 30 years in the business and can attest to the fact that their work is high quality with great attention to detail. The site was kept clean and orderly throughout the project. The crew was great to work with, professional, and communicated well with me. I highly recommend Perdue Builders!"

"I selected Side-Pro because they were the most professional, direct and honest of the contractors I interviewed. The gentleman who reviewed my home and the work that needed to be done used no pushy sales tactics, came up with quotes for several different options and price tiers, and was actually informed and experienced regarding the work to be done. This standard held for every person I met from their staff, from the office to the on-site contractors. Everyone was responsive, friendly and very helpful. My house was completely sided in Hardie Plank, fully up to Hardie's specifications, replacing some aging LP recalled planking and T1-11, along with correcting several emerging structural issues, including a completely rotten corner. The planks are straight, the seams perfect. The paint crew was incredibly fast and had the whole house done in a day, even coating all around, and only a few touchups found in the final walk-through. The only issue that arose with the project was due to a miscommunication between two crews trading off the siding project, which Duane immediately set about correcting without my even having to ask, let alone having to argue with them. My home looks fantastic, and I can't recommend them highly enough!"

Communication was clear throughout the process, pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. The house looks great again. Highly recommend them for siding and rot repair."
