"The customer service provided by Eastern is second to none. From the first day you call for services until the day your project is completed you will feel like you are their only customer . Their project managers have no problem helping you navigate through insurance claims and ensuring you are getting a fair deal from your insurance company . They do not have to do this as they are getting paid the same amount regardless of insurance payment but their mission is to ensure the customer receives the reimbursement deserved. Our roof was complete in one day . The workers were wonderful on every level from expertise , to respect , and most noticeable even from afar is their hard working nature . Eastern’s standard warranty speaks to the quality of their work. Their warranty is so comprehensive that they would be out of business if their work was anything less than perfect. Thank you Eastern for giving is piece of mind and a beautiful roof ❤️"

"Did a great job on both my deck and front porch. Craig is a master carpenter and I?m thankful he was on my project. Good communication with Sam the owner. Always got back to me with any concerns I had promptly. I would recommend and would also use it for any future projects. Thank you again"

"Great job from start to finish and the job was done quickly. The contractors were friendly and answered any questions I had. Sean was personable and was quick to answer my calls/texts. Would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting siding done!"

"I called in the work order on an. Saturday 29, Jan.2022. I received a confirmation/appointment for 1 February 2022, for between 10:00 AM and 3:00PM. At approximately 2:30 PM on 1 Feb., I received a call from Allstate HVAC that they had just received the work order, and offered to reschedule to 2 Feb. with the same time frame. I called Choice and was told that it was not there fault. I've spent over 40 years in Aerospace, 30 years plus in managing Maintenance/Engineering and Flight Scheduling. It was my responsibility to ensure the communication between the customer and service provider's was sound and current. This transaction failed because of a fatel breakdown in communication between Choise and Allstate, this breakdown resulted in the customer had to endure another day of NO HEAT. Choise, you failed to ensure that your schedule was followed. On the positive side, Chois did in fact waive the $65.00 service fee."

"We called Rob for a quote for carpentry work in a home we are purchasing. He called back right away, but will not be available to help us.  He's booked out quite a ways and we need the work done now.  He spoke with my husband and gave him  the name of another carpenter who may be able to help us. This other person seemed very nice, as did Rob.  I will keep Rob in mind for future work.  My thought is that if he's so busy, he must be doing something right.

"Very happy with the siding job that we got completed by GES. They did a fantastic job and we are very happy!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
