"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"It's true: working with Hal is not like working with other contractors. With Hal, you are developing a relationship, not fulfilling the terms of a contract. For some that might be more than they want out of a contractor. For me, it was exactly what I needed. Example: I was talking with Hal about another matter when we both happened to notice some rotting boards on our deck. I thought it was unsightly, but nothing serious. Hal persuaded me that, without immediate attention, the rot would spread to the joists underneath, and what was a small problem now would be a big problem later. He replaced the deck boards on time and for the price he quoted. I can now rest assured I won't be plunging through the deck this summer. Along the way, Hal fixed some off-kilter gates in our yard, and also consulted with me about some stains on our stucco (thus managing to solve a problem that had stumped several other contractors). He's always on the end of the line when I have a home repair question. He's been there for me for some five years now. There's plenty of quality workers out there, but not many who will listen as well, contribute as much, and return as often as Hal Morris."

"Jose was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would and was really meticulous in his work. The damage to the stucco on my chimney was way more extensive than originally thought with underlying brick damage. We agreed to a new fee - I could see the extensive damage. Even with the new fee it was more than reasonable. The final repair work looks great. I am really pleased. I think Jose addressed what could have been a very serious issue down the road. "I would not recommend them. The morning after a hail storm hit they told us that if we let them put a sign in our yard that they would pay our insurance deductible. Communicating to the employees was very difficult, and they were not able to meet our request. They didn’t pay our deductible after all; they took $500.00 off our final bill instead. We won’t be hiring them to do anymore work for us. They told us that they knew the siding on our house was discontinued, because they were the ones that did it five years ago. They said that since it was discontinued, we could get new siding on our whole house, but they were unable to fulfill that offer. They said a lot of the things we wanted to hear, but was unable to provide the services. They got a lot of work from everybody in our neighborhood due to the storm, and we believed that because they were a local company they would do honest work, but that wasn’t the case.

UPDATE!! 

After using Angies List the provider wanted to make it right with us.  The owner himself came and finished up some things that were not finished in the first time around and fixed other wear and tear on our siding from the last couple years at no cost.  He apologized for the service we received 2+ years ago and said it will never happen again.  The original salesman that lied to us at the beginning of all of this was fired and no long works at Lacina. "
