"Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"I These guys were amazing! I got stiffed by the last Company I hired and dragged their feet for months not doing any work. I found COUSINS and they came right out, gave me a quote on Thursday and started working Monday installing Siding, Facia , soffit on my home as well as window trim on 14 windows and gutters/downspouts! It looks amazing and beautiful! Let me add the fixed the other companyâ s mess ups too! They had the materials delivered at 8am Monday morning and were completed with all the above by Wednesday of the same week! All me and my wife can say is WOW and THANK YOU!!!"

When I first talked with Scott he asked if I could take a picture of the problem and send it to him. 20 minutes after I sent the picture he called back with an estimate on the siding repair, He arrived the following day ON TIME. He reviewed the repair with me and began work. In no time the siding was repaired and looked as good as the day it was installed.
