They did not install the leaf guard and told the salesman that I changed my mind, when I didn't. There seems to be an overall lack of communication between sales and the installers. I ended up having to schedule them to come back to finish the job properly. The salesman did attempt to make it right by giving me a 10% discount, which was appreciated."
