"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I contacted 3 companies, but A-1 had the best rating from Angie's List and also BBB. When I spoke to Erik, he was very professional, told me what he and his team could do for me and when. When I asked if I could be put on a cancellation list (this was a Valentine's present for hubby and I called the week before, not good planning on my part!), he was very amenable to that. The cleaning was to be over 4 weeks out, but within a week he called and said he could do it much sooner. Erik and I talked about payment, inspection etc. and came to an agreement. When I got home day of cleaning, the gutters were clean, the yard was clean, there was no detritus on the windows or siding, and several black trash bags were on the road, ready for pickup. They did an amazing job, were very reasonable in cost, and most importantly, my husband didn't have to do it!"

They showed up with all materials and immediately started work. The crew took no breaks and barely took time for lunch.. Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! The crew took 5 days of hard nonstop work installing our beautiful new patina green metal roof. We are completely satisfied! !
