"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"We wanted a restucco that would completely change the color and texture of our house, as well as stuccoing over a big piece of wood siding in the front of our house which was beginning to be a problem.  Alvaro showed up for the estimate exactly when he said he would, and got back promply with an estimate.  He noticed an issue on the roof that needed attention, and recommended we get a roofer to address this before he proceed with stucco.  He came over while the roofers were here (on July 4th) to make sure they were doing everything that he needed done correctly.  We were delayed by rain, and a couple of issues popped up, but Alvaro kept us informed, and was a professional in every way.  His crew did a great job, and were as unobtrusive as a they could be.  I would not hesitate to recommend BluSky, and will call Alvaro in the future as needed.

"The Great Built Roofing team was professional and very responsive throughout the entire process. Neely, the owner, took his time explaining every detail, reviewing our options, and showing us product samples, etc. This was very helpful to visually see the type of product we wanted for our home. The second visit involved selecting our customized shingle from Owen Corning and the color of our drip edge. The third visit was the crew coming out to install the new roof and solar fan. This was done in one day for our 2 story home. The crew responded to a few requests including fixing some holes on our fireplace siding chewed by squirrels. This was a temporary fix, but it helped give us some protection from the weather until we can replace the siding. The only issue we ran into was when the crew installed a second ridge vent on the main part of the house as well as the solar fan. Once we brought it to Brandon and Neely's attention, they had the crew remove the ridge vent that same day. The crew was professional and cleaned up all the debris and trash. Two days later, Brandon did a walk through to see that everything was done correctly. We paid him in full at that time. We are very happy with the process, product and customer service provided by Great Built Roofing. Thank you."
