We had several contractors come out, assess the damage and then never responded again. When Rick's came out to give us a quote, they were on time, gave us a fair, clear quote and met with our insurance adjuster to make sure the adjuster understood the complexity of the project and the potential cost. Without Rick going to bat for us with the adjuster, we could never had afforded to get our house properly fixed. Rick's replaced our entire exterior including removing/replacing the windows, soffits, facia, gutters, roof and siding. It was a major renovation on our little house and garage. Everything proceeded smoothly, they showed up when they said they would, the costs were what they said they would be and the materials and workmanship were top notch. "A hail storm left my house, rental house and garage damaged. TRS Builders did an inspection and said I should call my insurance adjuster. Ray Stranz, the owner, worked with my insurance and all siding and window wraps were approved. His crew came in and replaced the old siding with excellent quality siding. My homestead looks wonderful and it is much warmer with the foam under the siding. The outside lights and doorbell had to come down to get the siding on. All was replaced with new lights and doorbell. There was so much attention to detail. A large dumpster held all the old siding and waste from new siding. The gutter covers were damaged and replaced, air conditioner damage repaired and new shutters were installed. The dumpster was removed as soon as the job was done. Since it snowed, Ray promised they would come back in the spring to do more clean up and paint some rusty pipes to match the siding. I trust him to do just as he promised. He is an excellent negotiator and makes sure his crew is doing the job right.

"Working with the teams that completed the actual work on my new siding, roof, and gutters were great! However, dealing with the sales managers in the office was incredibly disappointing. I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract.
