"The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion.  Both workers were nice and courteous.  Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company.  The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached.  We reported it to the owner of the company several times.  He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder.  We were told that someone came again and no one was home.  The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair.  No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times.  The siding is still in need of repair."

"The men were professional and curtious. They installed outside lightning in very cold weather. The paint job was done well. Wish they would have let me know that before finishing that another can of paint would have made a better finish. I would have gone and gotten more. Vacuuming up or asking if i wanted to before they put the furniture back would have been nice as well."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"Darrin was incredibly responsive. We needed a very large refrigerator moved into our kitchen from a ramp adjacent to our house as soon as possible (our current fridge had failed with no recourse for repair, and we had hundreds of $$ of food standing by in a large ice chest). He was able to come within 90 mins of our "cold" calling him, & was very knowledgeable, fast and expert at securing the replacement to an appliance cart we provided & navigating up a double-back ramp behind out house, into side entrance and past a very narrow space into our kitchen. This required removing side entrance door from its hinges, and removing fridge doors (and then replacing once positioned in the kitchen), which he did expertly and quickly. Darrin was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. We learned he also does carpentry work, and given his excellent work will reach out to him for a project we will have in the spring once the weather warms up. Would highly (highly) recommend."
