John did an excellent job with it executing the project and making sure my house did not get a scratch. Now heâ s doing maintenance on my lawn by blowing leaves and trimming my bushes. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The service went great, the workers were professional, quick and very good. My house is 10 years old, so it needed to be power washed, wood replaced and repainting. I wanted the original color and they did it without input from me. My house looks like new, I would recommend them to anyone needing work done. There prices were also lower than anyone else."

"I hired them to paint my house they washed it thoroughly even cleaned my gutters painted the 2 tones Green & white 2 coats of each then went around carefully checking & touching up things they were not satisfied with . In my opinion I got a perfect job & some repairs that was extra that I didn't know they did . They are excellent carpentars , painters & I also hired them to trim my bushes & tree's. Now we are good friends & they cut my grass on a regular basis. I highly recommend them for any home repairs , additions especially decks & Landscaping. "Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
