Great company & work. Quality materials awesome daily job /work cleanup.
They worked with my insurance company to resolve problems with my coverage. They kept at it to get me the best deal. They did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. The crew was courteous and worked long hours to get it done in cold weather. Iâ d recommend them.
Very easy to work with flexible schedule. They did an awesome job replacing two patio doors.
After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co. Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. I highly recommend Terry from Dynamic Construction located at 54588 Horizon Dr in Shelby Twp. He was prompt, polite and very reasonable. Thank you Terry for coming out on such short notice!
Prime Home Remod ,replaced Aluminum siding with Vinyl. Excellent Job, Sherman did the job perfectly. Josh kept us informed. Cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend this company. We had many compliments on the look of our siding. They will put a new roof on our Garage also.
Tim was great to work with. He came out and gave me an estimate to fix some framing and a sagging roof in my garage. The guys were able to come out a week later and fix the issues. Tim was upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done and didnâ t try to charge me for anything that wasnâ t necessary. I would recommend Tim and his crew to anyone and wouldnâ t hesitate to hire them for another project
Showed up on time, completed the work and clean up. Any ask for more.
He did a great Job the siding looks great!
They were very thorough, honest and pleasant. The workers showed us video and emailed pics of the chimney. They cleaned the chimney/fireplace and gave us options depending on whether we wanted to use the fireplace in the future. Our home is 101 years old and therefore we need to prioritize repairs.
The contractor I chose was very professional and went above and beyond for my project, his crew was just as professional. Although my project was small in comparison he made me feel as though My project was just as important as any other. They cleaned everything up and made sure I was happy with the results before they left. I will definitely use this contractor again.
I was pleased with the quality of workmanship. My only complaint was the slow response time in answering my texts, and calls.

There are several types and styles of vinyl siding available for homes. A few of the most popular are clapboard, board and batten, and vinyl shingles. Some less common but unique types include scalloped and log-style. Each type of vinyl siding offers its own distinctive look, and comes with its own cost. Overall, any type of vinyl siding offers high durability with little maintenance.
House siding typically costs between $2 per square foot and $28 per square foot, depending on the siding material you choose. You'll pay less for a material like aluminum, which costs between $2 and $5 per square foot, while brick siding costs between $9 and $28 per square foot. Popular siding materials like engineered wood or vinyl siding costs between $3 and $12 per square foot. Another common siding material, fiber cement, starts at $5 per square foot. Nationally, the typical cost to install siding on an average-sized house is $10,750, with an average range of $5,400 to $16,000 for the material, labor, and site cleanup.
Vinyl siding can last anywhere from 20 to 60 years or more, depending on how well you clean and maintain it. With minimal maintenance, your vinyl siding could last on the lower end of the spectrum. But regularly washing and making repairs as-needed will extend your siding’s lifespan. Your particular climate also affects its longevity. For instance, vinyl siding in areas with a lot of blizzards or extremely hot temperatures typically won't last as long as it would in a more mild climate.
Yes, you can paint vinyl siding—and it often won't fade despite years of exposure to UV rays. You can paint vinyl siding as frequently as every two to five years, but if you live in a region with intense heat, humidity, or storms, you may need to repaint it more frequently.
Yes, it is possible to put siding over brick. However, most siding installation professionals recommend against putting siding over a brick exterior because of the texture of bricks. It’s challenging to properly install new siding over brick because brick isn’t smooth. Most contractors advise removing the original brick siding first before putting new siding on a home. It typically costs between $6 and $30 per square foot to install siding over brick. The price depends on factors like home size, type of new siding material, and whether the bricks need any prep work.
