"The work took place the last half of July. Forest Park Stucco required 4 visits to site. On the third day, the homeowner stopped the work. The work stoppage was due to a miscommunication which centered around the material to be used for the final coat. The work stoppage was swiftly resolved to the homeowner satisfaction. Work restarted.  Due to hot weather and a thunderstorm on the last scheduled day of work, an extra trip was required to recoat the west side of the house and complete the job. The job was completed at a satisfactory level.

The windows on either side of the bay open, and we had one issue with the right side window catching on a metal tab before it opened completely.
