"I posted about finding a new company to clean my gutters, which I do 3 times a year. Benny was the first to call and was a pleasant and aggressive sales person all at the same time. I like him very much and was impressed with his hard-working vibe. He sold me on the reality that installing gutter guards was a better way to go instead of all the cleanings. I knew this was true and asked for a quote. We came to an agreeable number pretty quickly and I hired him on the spot. He and his crew returned 2 days later and performed the install. While installing the gutter guards they ran into issues with 2 or my very expensive kick-out flashings that I have (stucco home) One, according to them, burst into pieces and the other slid right out of the slot it was in. I'm happy to report that he replaced the burst one and re-inserted the other. My only complaint here is that the one he replaced is very small compared to what was previously there and now water pours over my gutter instead of staying in the gutter itself. I plan to remedy this by myself with a small gutter extension I can buy at Home Depot - but I am not pleased that I have to address this myself. Many folks have been on my roof and cleaning those gutters without any issue whatsoever. Included in this job was a full house cleaning. I gave specific instructions about being extremely careful with stucco. I was home when the house was being washed and they did a fair job. His home washing price is high and this is not work I would hire him for in the future. Bottom line - hire Benny for what he's good it - roofing and gutter maintenance/gutter guards. Be very specific about what you expect. Side note - some stains remain where other companies have cleaned them in the past. I did find a little bit of broken up bits of stucco on my front steps after they left. A little too much pressure may have been used. I would hire him again to install gutter guards. Highly recommend but be specific and supervise."

"The two brothers painted the house; however, they were to come back and "fine line" everything! They DID NOT!!! they were also to paint my patio floors twice, ONLY ONE COAT, for which i was willing to pay extra, (this was decided after the contract was drawn up) There is significant signs of "overspray" as well as, i had asked them to please remove nails and screws that were randomly on the side of the house, to be patched and touched up! (they did some), but not all. I feel as though they "yes mam' me! just to tell me what i wanted to hear! The mother is their boss, everything went through her first. I've texted her and Koby, they assured me they would be back to finish the touchups! I called, i texted, the wife was sick, then another excuse was he had car trouble. They are from Leesburg. I kept asking them to come on certain days WHEN I WOULD BE THERE TO GO OVER EVERYTHING, I have 2 jobs, with an unusual schedule. they pressured me into paying the balance owed, so she could close out the books! and was assured by the mom and Koby they would be back to tighten up everything... they painted the window Cills on the front of the house but never came back to do the 2 remaining window Cills on the back of the house. also, the concrete block showed signs of cracking where the plaster was original to the house from 1996, showed signs of builder grade paint and not being primed first (way back then) some the cracks were not taken care of.. there is also splotches of paint from roller brush on the house where it shouldn't be. I have bricks on the corners of the front of the house, which they painted it black for me, however, they didn't not SPRAY PAINT THAT, they missed A WHOLE BUNCH of spots where you can see the white primer when you look closely, it just looks terrible! looks good from the street, but they didn't care about making me satisfied once they received my money!! bottom line, THE JOB WAS NOT DONE AT 100% PLAIN AND SIMPLE"
