Mike's initial visit was both brief and productive, and he was very conscious of social distancing, etc. with COVID-19 going on. Mike was quickly able to get me a quote and deal with a little back and forth with the insurance company getting things straight, as they ended up extending the repair to the entire house since the old siding was discontinued. Wow, the crew was awesome and highly detail-oriented, and also very personable guys to have around the house for a couple days. I was really blown away with the finished product! The windows are great and I was very happy with them, but I discovered last year that the siding was leaking into my kitchen and much of the wood had rotted. We literally had 16 window installation companies come out and do the â dog & ponyâ window demonstration, but for whatever reason we had not landed on a specific company. On the day we met with Adam Shaikh, from Exterior Max, we had two earlier consultations. It was rainy and late in the evening, Adam called prior to arriving and we were considering canceling. One of the prior companiesâ offer sounded competitive for the window portion of our project, and after so many window companies demo we had considered just revisit the sliding glass doors at another point. Adam persuaded us to keep the appointment. He said give me a chance I'll make it worth your while. He was right, his catalog was more robust, his product knowledge was immense, and he fully understood exactly the vision that we had for our renovation plans. COVID impacted most industries across the board and most of the vendor weâ d met with gave us an extended installation window of 4month, not Exterior Max there timetable was steady at 4-6 weeks. I am beyond elated with the service, products and pricing that Exterior Max offers. On our initial project we replaced 30 Casement windows and three sliding glass doors. They did such an amazing job we used them immediately for our roof and gutter replacement project. Looking forward to doing our siding with Exterior Max in the very near future."

"I contacted three companies requesting an estimate to replace the roof on my 3-story townhouse. Liberty Windows and Siding contacted me within 2 hours. Originally, they scheduled a meet with one of their estimators, but when I mentioned I had read reviews involving Peter, the appointment was scheduled for the next afternoon with him. Turns out that Peter was on the other side of Baltimore at the time of our appointment, so at my suggestion we spoke on the phone as it was rush hour and I didn’t want him to try to rapidly get to my location during that time. Once I related to him that I needed a full roof replacement of my townhouse, Peter gave me a lot of information to consider, including the fact that he is one of the company owners. We engaged in a pleasant business conversation and some general chit-chat. Peter said he would get answers to my questions, obtain information regarding the size of my roof, and get back to me in a couple of hours. I was pleasantly shocked when during our next call, he offered a price to replace my roof that was so much lower than what I believed it could have been that I accepted immediately. I have yet to hear from the other two companies I had contacted. The next week Liberty Windows and Siding called to schedule the date of the work (and later reschedule--weather-related delays). The day of work, the crew was on time but there was a short delay as the materials had not yet arrived (different company). Once on-site and delivered to the roof, the Liberty Windows and Siding crew went right to work. I had already laid down some small tarps to cover the A/C compressor and some plants, bushes, etc., but they were respectful of my property and put down several additional large tarps to protect more of the lawn, the A/C compressor, and back porch. The crew answered any questions I had, picked up all the old shingles, plastic wrappers, and tar paper that floated to the ground rather than landing in the dumpster, and then used a long-handled magnet to find the errant nails from tear off. I had told Peter that I would buy the crew lunch, and they really seemed to enjoy it. I used to work in construction and, from the portions of the roof that I could view from the ground, the crew did an excellent job with tear-off and installation. They let me know that all the original plywood underlayment was in good condition and nothing structural needed replacing. It absolutely POURED down rain all the next day and night, and thus far I’ve seen no evidence of leaks. The roof is beautiful again and my house is looking so much better than its 27 years. I am extremely happy that I chose Liberty Windows and Siding to help maintain my home and highly recommend the company."
