"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"Employees came on the appointed day and time.  They worked for a full week and then another three days after the inspection.  They removed all existing doors, windows, casements, and related structures.  They were clean, neat, friendly, and professional.  They cleaned up every day. Nothing was left open during the evening. Most days there were four workers on the job.  The new doors and windows are very attractive, open and close easily, and are very secure.  I am really pleased with the end result.  I had a couple bids that were about $2,000 above and one that was $500 or so below.  After this project was finished I have hired Mr. Build for another smaller project.

He was very efficient, came at the time we agreed upon, and offered options as to how to best do the job which was to repair my driveway pavers and refresh the driveway, walkway, and lanai pavers. Ron and his son worked efficiently to restore the pavers with an end result with them looking better than new. Not only did he replace the rotten boards, but he corrected a separate siding issue under windows on the deck. He also repaired drywall by the water leak on the inside and a few spots on ceilings where there were separate water issues. He was very prompt and did an excellent job. "I hired Ivan and his team to install Fiber-Cement siding on one side of my house after receiving quotes from three contractors. They had to repair and replace some rotted wood siding in several places. I was very happy with their work. Mr. Scott meet with us gave a very detailed and reasonable estimate. His company did the job in a timely manner and did a Great Job. Mr. Scott had his company repair/seal the various cracks on the sides of my home and on the window sills plus he pressure washed, put primer and painted two coats of paint on our home.
