Not only did he replace the rotten boards, but he corrected a separate siding issue under windows on the deck. He also repaired drywall by the water leak on the inside and a few spots on ceilings where there were separate water issues. He was very prompt and did an excellent job. "Max Martin was very good. I provided the tile and he and his assistance removed the old tile and installed the new tile. They used cement backer board (preferred) and grouted everything. I did the sealant myself when it was all dry. The tile is gorgeous and he even suggested adding more artistic elements where I hadn't considered adding them. It's been 18 months since he did the work and it still looks as good as the day he left. He was very professional - a true craftsman!"
