"Ever and his team did an amazing job on our large 3 story condo building in West Hollywood. His company was recommended after a previous contractor left the job in shambles. We had to find someone quickly to essentially start over and could not have been more lucky to find South Bay Stucco. The building is from the early 1980s and had a very outdated look. The stucco was cracking and the building was leaking. Ever and his team transformed the building into a modern marvel. It is now the best looking building on the street, and people regularly pass by and comment about how amazing it looks. They project consisted of removing wood siding and installing lathe and chicken wire on 40 or so balconies. Then the entire building, including all 40 balconies, and the walls and planters were all updated to beautiful Santa Barbara smooth stucco. This was a very difficult job as they needed to straighten out balconies and deal with a building that wasn't originally well crafted. Ever and his team were showed up every day as scheduled and they kept us well informed. You couldn't find a more pleasant company to work with. The team actually looked like the enjoyed doing their job. This project was a ton of work, and we are forever grateful we found South Bay Stucco."

"Perfectly. I sent a task description to Felipe and to one other A-rated handyman. The other guy never got back to me, but Felipe responded in less than a day, saying he was booked through a specific day (about a month away). I asked if he could schedule the job for the next day after that. We had a couple of email exchanges between with details on my side and schedule confirmations from Felipe. We mutually agreed to delay till two days later because of rainstorms. // Felipe showed up as promised at 10 am with his quiet but intelligent son (about 13 yrs. old) and they got to work, at first in clean space in my garage, and then at the front door. He finished in a little over two hours, including lock installation. While I am not a carpenter, I am moderately handy and appreciate a knowledgeable, quality job when I see one, and that's what Felipe provided. So I asked him if he ever does minor work on roof gutters. I explained where our gutters, only 5 years old, appeared to not be level any more. (My gardener had looked and they were not filled with debris.) Almost before I knew it, he was up on my ladder and on the roof. Not only did he diagnose the problem--a small amount of debris beyond the end of a short gutter run was causing the problem--he removed the debris, cleared another spot, and got down as the water poured down and out as it was supposed to! He would not accept a bonus or tip for this service; I paid exactly what he had quoted on my first call a month before. It is now a couple of weeks later, the door still works fine and the locks on it work fine. I would hire Felipe again in a minute."
