"I needed stucco repair work on an old chimney (and other spots). Grady was meticulous and thoughtful on what approaches and materials would work. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"Friendly efficient service. Roof looks great"

"Very pleased with the work and professionalism. I would recommend for painting and drywall repair. We will definitely use again."

"Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"The guys who actually installed the siding & windows did a great job. They were professional and paid attention to every detail. They get 5 stars. The Richline sales Rep was nice enough, but led me to believe that the job would start within 3 weeks from when I signed the contract. After several calls trying to get in touch for updates, I was told different dates until they finally started almost one and a half months later. Apparently Richline has disconnected their company phones and only use their cell phones now."

"Excellent Customer Service - My roof repair was small compared to many others who had high wind damage. Phil (Sales) was eager to help fix my problem and coordinated the team promptly. Very satisfied."

"Trey was very reliable from the time I requested the service work to be done. He showed up on time, ready to get the job done, making sure to have all necessary equipment to fix my grill. And the cost was very reasonable especially with the knowledge Trey brings to the table. I highly recommend Hyler’s Homes for any services or repairs."

"The contractors that did the work were very professional, and we are very happy with their work. We are very happy with the windows. I would just say make sure you get everything you are having done in writing so there is no confusion. We discussed what we wanted, agreed to what we wanted, but didn't get everything we thought we were paying for."
