"Marc Cowan and his Highland Window Company are the best, from quotation to completion. We are extremely happy with our new Harvey windows and the installation crew Neal, Hilton and Dean, was fantastic. We can't recommend Highland Windows highly enough! They really deserve their "A", 5-star rating. So pleased that we have also recently had them quote on siding replacement."

"I highly recommend The Builders & Cleaners for any remediation needs. From the very beginning, their proposal was incredibly detailed and transparent, with the Project Manager clearly outlining the scope of work and the materials to be used. They provided a high-value solution that was very fair compared to other quotes I received. The overall service was professional, seamless, and timely. Communication was a standout part of the experience; I was kept in the loop daily by their amazing Office Admin. A huge part of this success was the crew chief, who was fantastic to work with. He managed the team with precision, ensured every detail was attended to, and handled every request with professionalism and expertise. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. The remediation was thorough, precise, and completed to a very high standard. They didn't cut any corners and ensured that everything was cleaned and restored perfectly before finishing the job. "We will be putting our house on the market in the next month or two and Brian has been our go-to person for household projects. He is prompt, professional and personable. He has been to our house at least six times doing a variety of jobs including installing sinks and faucets, removing countertops, painting, repairing a broken cabinet, installing lighting, etc. There is very little Brian is not able to do, and do well. We will continue to use Brian for as long as we're in Connecticut and recommend him highly."

"What an incredible experience. Contacted them for siding consult, Chris from sales was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Gave us great recommendations for the design. We signed up and wow the siding was here in less than 10 days. The installers, Led by Daniel were incredible. They were courteous, friendly, neat and they were fast! You could see pride of work as they were doing the project. They were also on time each day, were there when they said they would be. AJ our project manager was awesome as well..Communicated frequently so we always knew what to expect. We are thrilled with our new home, siding is beautiful, this team is stellar! If we could give a 100 rating we would!"

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago. They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional, work very safely. They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half, all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails. All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. "My existing Stucco job of a large home was of high quality but one area had strange peeling. There is no one in this area who performs this trade. I went through Home Advisor and located Jean of CT Stucco in the New Haven area. He drove all the way out to Woodstock Valley, sized up the job, gave me a price and emailed me a quote a few days later. They returned when scheduled. because this home is on the side of a hill, they pipe-staged the entire back of the house, power washed and scraped away all the loose material and applied a new ground coat of cement. They applied the color and texture coat the next day. I had the old color chart from the original job and jean brought color samples and part numbers that match original job. They also repaired the window trims and decorative color bands that are a different color. consequently, they were working with three different colors at the same time with perfect cutting-in. Keep in mind, there could be a very slight difference in color shade due to exposure of the old and a possible change in the formulation of the new. I have been in and out of the construction business for many years and very familiar with this particular trade. it is fussy and precise work with no room for error or incompetence. Finding the "RIGHT" contractor in this trade is paramount, and they are few and far between. I highy reccomend Jean and CT Stucco Construction for quality masonry stucco work."
