They encountered some problems with previous drywall work but Valentin and Irma carefully explained the issue and proposed solutions. That same problem solving helped with staining the porch deck. All of that work was done quickly with high quality so I also hired Cerrato to scrape, sand and paint my garage. They are also working with me on a potential condo purchase, including some paint, flooring, tile, and tuckpointing work.
