"From beginning to end this company was no nonsense and truly amazing!  Brian came right out to give me an estimate.  He gave me a few options and in the end I decided to replace the entire roof.  I wasn't able to schedule right away, but they came out and put a tarp on an area that I was having an issue with until I was ready for them to do the work.  When I was finally able to schedule they gave me an appointment right away, which was on a Monday.  All supplies were delivered on Saturday.  The dumpster arrived at 7am Monday morning and BCM Roofing arrived shortly after.  Again, they were no nonsense!  They arrived, unloaded, set-up, repaired, added new wood, shingled, cleaned up, and my house looked better and cleaner after they left then before they got there!  The dumpster company arrived maybe 30 minutes later to haul the dumpster away and other than the sign and the sparkling new roof you would never have known I had a crew of guys working on my house.  I could not have been happier!  Side note, the two people that I had the pleasure of dealing with in the office were truly amazing, helpful, pleasant, and efficient.  If you need a new roof, look no further, this is the company to use!"

I had a difficult time just to get contractors to come out and give me a price to repair the siding; I believe this is because many contractors want to work directly with insurance adjusters and on large profit jobs. Bob was very different; he returned my call promptly, spent about 15 minutes helping educate me about the repairs, and showed up to my home on time. When Bob was looking at the needed repairs, he fixed them at that time (at almost no cost), and then assisted with what I could do to save money on other repairs needed to the home."
