"I recently hired Devin to reside my house and replace the front door, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Devin was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. He clearly takes pride in his work—the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the project. When replacing the front door, Devin discovered rot beneath the old frame. He took the time to properly address and repair all the issues around the door before installing the new one, and did an excellent job making sure everything was solid and well-sealed. The final result looks great and feels very secure. The new siding also came out fantastic and really improved the look of my home. Devin was flexible throughout the project and accommodating with any changes, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a contractor who does quality work and genuinely cares about the finished product, I highly recommend Devin."

"Brian was quick to respond to our painting request. His team arrived and finished the job on schedule and when I called them because of a missed area, they were right back within 2 days. Brought life back to our faded siding."

"We had 3 separate crews (windows, sidings and gutters). All 3 great, started work as soon as they arrived at 8 AM and did not stop until either the job was done or it was quitting time (which in the case of the siding crew was well past 5:00. Everything was completed in the time fram e we were given, and the house looks incredible. I am currently consider a move, and if my new house needs any work, I will definitely call Clear Choice."

"New amazing siding! We have been working with Dale M. on every aspect of our siding project. She has been extremely knowledgeable, professional and supportive throughout the process. We highly recommend Dale and DaBella for any project that you have."

"We are extremely happy with our vinyl siding project with Universal Windows Direct. We read many positive reviews that were influential in our choice, and they did not disappoint. Sean is very knowledgeable and obviously very experienced, and he did a great job explaining the different options and tradeoffs. We were immediately comfortable that the job would be in good hands, and that he would stand behind the products and the work. We were having some trouble finalizing what color to go with, and Heather the office manager provided helpful assistance in the form of pictures, addresses we could drive by, and even had samples sent over so we could see them on our house. The installation crew impressed us – they worked some long days in high heat, were very polite and respectful of our house, and were surprisingly quiet. They took care of all the minor rot that was discovered in removing the old siding and boards, and for an area with extensive rotting quickly provided an estimate for additional required repair and executed it in one day. One thing that sets folks apart is how they handle issues. We needed to change to different size shutters after the initial order, and also with the new siding there were some unanticipated dimension changes due to how the house was constructed and the new layer of insulation below the siding; Universal helped us work through options and accommodated the changes we settled on seamlessly. We also discovered a few issues after the installation was complete, and everything was corrected without any dispute and to our full satisfaction. I give Universal Widows Direct 5 stars out of 5, and they will be first on my list to call when it comes time to do my roof."

"Mike Dickinson was our handyman at our lake house for years. We have since sold, but would recommend Mike. He is knowledgeable in all areas of home maintenance. He also is an excellent carpenter. He built a beautiful deck for us and did several repairs due to storm damage He is reliable, trustworthy, efficient, respectable and there when you need him! And, very reasonable when pricing jobs. We highly recommend Mike!"

"Chris and Aaron worked with us to help figure out where the mildew smell was coming from. We just bought a house and the back bedroom smelled awful. They replied to our request for an estimate ASAP. We couldn't be happier with the service I received from them! We had some damaged siding and a leaky window that needed immediate attention. They responded quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and provided a clear, affordable estimate. Being a local company, they were able to schedule the repairs much faster than other companies I contacted. The work itself was top-notch; the siding looks seamless, and the window is now perfectly sealed. What truly impressed me was their trustworthiness. They were honest about the necessary repairs, didn't try to up-sell anything, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, and talented siding company, we highly recommend them!"

"We needed our entire roof replaced. The group of installers did an outstanding job. They were so efficient and thorough in all aspects including an immaculate clean up of the property afterwards. The lead for the crew, and the project manager were so personable and communicative!! Our roof looks great and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs roofing work done on their structure."

"I am writing Home Advisor to let them know how pleased I am with the service I received from JLC building company. The latest home improvement Jay completed for my wife and I was a combination, carport / deck. I had Jay expand the Inlaw apartment in the lower level of our house. This expansion took over my garage which lead to the need for a carport. Jay constructed the carport with pressure-treated beams and it came out great. However, it was the deck above the carport that really stands out. Jay used composite decking that was secured to the carport. He used fasteners that locked in the decking without the need to drill holes in the decking itself. This resulted in a beautiful deck that did not have hundreds of lines where the screws fasten the decking to the framework. Jay, then recommended a dark railing system that blended in with the surrounding woods. The dark railing is so much better than the white railing we have on the other side of our house. That white railing was here when we purchased the home and it optically closes in the deck and draws your attention away from the natural surroundings. After completing the deck, Jayâ s crew removed a window and installed an awesome slider. The slider gives us access to the huge deck from our middle floor. It has adjustable louvers inside the glass which allows us to view the beautiful outdoors or choose to have privacy without the need for drapes. Jay finished the job with white shiplap inside which accented the living room perfectly. I am not sure what our next project might be but I do know that JLC builders will be doing the work. Rick"

"Gavin and his crew did an excellent job on tearing our old deck off (that was falling in on itself) and replaced it with a beautiful deck at a reasonable price. We had some on unforeseen rot but he took care of it before I even knew about it. They all were very polite and they worked from the time they got there till the time they left. There was no standing around every two minutes to take a smoke break. In the end we upgraded some things and paid a little more than what was quoted but it was all worth it for the end product. Thank you to Gavin and his crew for giving us a deck our family will enjoy for years to come. 👏😊"
