"we have already recommended to another home owner who needed roofing."

Hello, I’m Alexis Martinez. I enjoy helping homeowners improve the look and durability of their homes through quality siding work. I believe in being honest, showing up on time, and making sure every customer feels confident in the work being done.

I am a young business owner and brand new father! I have worked all over the construction industry from a young age and became a licensed plumber before I finished highschool. The name “One man” Freelancing was inspired by my service in the WV national guard where I still currently serve as the “one man” a term given to the cannon crewmember who loads and fires the artillery cannons. I have a broad range of knowledge and problem solving skills, if I don’t know how to do the job I will surely be able to learn and you will not be disappointed with results!

We’re a family owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity, and stands behind our work. We offer over 40 years of industry experience. We specialize in Asphalt Shingle Roofing installation, replacement, and repairs. Our services are customized to the individual project, paying close attention to the details of each project that we're involved with. We look forward to building long-term relationships with our clients and guarantee your satisfaction!

"Went well. The technician troubleshot the failure and found the damper mechanism had failed. He removed the unit and forced the baffle to the fully open position to give me some cooling to the refrigerator side until the replacement came in. The technician returned with the part, replaced it, and performed a functional test. We were well please with his service."

"Alford removed a carpenter bee damaged porch deck and replaced the 6 x 25 foot decking under the existing roof. The project was designed and installed with quality materials and professional workmanship. In the Charleston area, Alford was the most prompt and reliable company we dealt while trying to obtain bids for the deck replacement."

"Great. Darantae Ervin and crew were very efficient, thorough with the handling of our new outdoor furniture. Pleasant and friendly. All did a very professional job."

"okay. Only disappointment is these home warranty services do not work on Sundays. When you have a serious issue it does not help that they do not respond on Sundays."

"Very respectful and completed job in timely manner! Cleaned up wonderful after job was completed as well! Absolutely no complaints, will definitely hire them again in the future for more home improvements!"
