"I had a project that needed to get done and they were willing to cut me a deal and work with what I had to make it happen. Not saying they did me any miracles but were definitely very kind and generous for what I had for a budget and my abilities to come together in a deal. I would definitely hire them again, was a pleasure."

"John at Balsamroot Exteriors managed the installation of a new (and beautiful) deck at the back of my house, the installation of new windows in the front, and the installation of new siding on the front and sides of my house. (I’m having the back done next March.) The time it took to complete all of this was far shorter than John originally estimated. He and his crew were professional and courteous throughout the process. My neighbors have stopped to admire the new siding, and also have commented on how great my deck looks. I am beyond thrilled with the final result."

"Our experience with Northwest Home Repair was very positive. The project turned out better than expected. We remodeled our laundry room by adding a stacking washer/dryer, vanity and toilet. NW Homerepair handled all the drywall repair/replacement and textured it to match the existing. Additionally, they put in the new flooring (LVP) and wainscoting, which looks fantastic. A new doorway and door was put in, which was no easy task, and they did a great job! They were very courteous, creative and hard working. We would highly recommend them!"

"Blake & Brian came and explained everything for my roof. It was in bad shape and they showed me a lot that other roofers missed. I knew the others seemed too good to be true and missed a ton of stuff. Blake & Brian worked hard to make it affordable and fit within my budget. Super excited to get my roof replaced by an amazing contractor"

"Joe Thom with Oakmont Carpentry provided high quality workmanship and was extremely reliable, trustworthy, and consistently communicated with us throughout the entire project. We had to put a new deck on our home with railing as well as new soffits, fascia and siding on the front of our home. We had a contractor steal our money and not complete the work paid for, and Joe worked with us to finish the work within the budget we had left to do it. He was amazing and I would highly reommend him for any carpentry work!"

"One of the posts on my fenced had rotted and the fence was leaning. Casey took out the old post hindered by roots , and replaced it with a new post and cement . He arrived on time and did an excellent job. Thanks Casey"

"Needed a partial shingle siding on a two-story craftsman. Easy communication. Good job and clean up."

"They did a wonderful job! They were able to squeeze us in and not only did what we needed, they also repaired what a previous contractor left undone. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again."

"Black Diamond performed all the services exactly as discussed and in a timely manner. Joe always maintains very good communication with the customer. He is always on time, never needed to call. He makes suggestions with the customer's best interest in mind. We tried another service prior to Black Diamond and had no response after several tries. Called Black Diamond and they were there the same day!"
