"A great experience from start to finish! We found Berg Roofing on Angie's List and decided to give them a call based on the high number of positive reviews. John came out last September to provide an estimate on the siding; he was very knowledgeable, did not use any pressure tactics, and took time to answer all of our questions. We decided to go with Berg and the siding turned out great. We were so pleased we hired them again this Spring to do the roof. The quality of the work was excellent, the crews cleaned up after themselves, and John came back to inspect the property after the crews had left. He was a pleasure to work with, kept us informed at every step in the process, and was very responsive to our questions. If you are in need of new siding or a roof and want to find a company that is ethical, responsive, professional, competitively priced, and excels at customer service, give Berg a call."

"When massive amounts of rotted wood was found behind the old siding as it was removed prior to installation of new siding, Tanner Krause worked to find a framer to make repairs and keep the job moving. The siding looks great. Communication was good, from the first call to the end of the job. The crew was pleasant and cleaned up well at the end of the job. Thanks Quantum!"

"This company is awesome! Replaced the siding on my house and garage in just two days. Great job, No flaws, Looks perfect!"

"Everything worked like clockwork. My contact Bradley was very communicative, available and understanding throughout the entire process, as were the crew, during the job. I was very happy with the process and the work done, and along the way, each step in the process was fully explained to me. I felt listened to and heard - each person I spoke with accurately addressed my thoughts, concerns and needs. I felt everyone involved in my roof repair, from Bradley, to the office personne,l and the roofing foreman and crew, addressed and fully discussed all my questions and needs, quickly and to my 100% satisfaction. I also felt respected and valued as the homeowner. I appreciate the good care and excellent product I received in exchange for this, which is a major expense for a homeowner."

"I mailed in the signed contract with a $154 deposit on October 2,  2012.  Thereafter, I made several calls to Joe to find out when the work would be scheduled, as there was one week when I would be out of town.  I kept getting voicemail and leaving messages that went unreturned.  A neighbor who had requested an estimate told me she had also been unable to reach them.  I went out of town approximately three weeks later, having had no response to my phone messages and in a panic thinking the company had gone out of business.  It was nearly the end of October when I received a call and an e-mail from Joe, stating that he had been in the hospital for 9 days.  I told him that I did want him to proceed with the work, although in the interim I had obtained another estimate.  More time passed, during which I left additional voicemail messages attempting to ascertain the schedule.  Those calls went unreturned.  On Monday, November 5, 2012, the crew arrived unannounced to perform the work.  I was on my way out to keep a scheduled appointment.  I returned later and watched the workers for awhile, then had to leave again.  When I returned home the second time, the work was completed and the employees had left.  They appeared to have done a good job.  However, in the process, they left globs of hardened stucco on a porch window and windowsill.  Worst of all, in the course of the work, they tore down my  6-foot tall lilac bush that had dozens of buds on it.  I found the branches thrown in the garden on the other side of the path.  I am now faced with digging out the remaining base and roots of the bush and purchasing and planting a new one.   I regret that I have had to downgrade a company that has done such excellent work on my house since 1988.  However, I feel that any business owner should be more responsive and responsible to his customers.  Even if the principal is ill, there should have been a foreman or someone else available to contact customers and inform them of the circumstances.  With regard to the lilac bush, there was plenty of space to work around and behind it. It should not have been torn down, with nothing even being said to me.
