When I first spoke to Robert, he was very cheerful and easy-going on the phone. I am pleased to say that his countenance wasn't any different in person. Robert gave us several options and answered our questions. We opted to place the darker tint without the security film as our windows are new and meets the current hurricane standard for our area. When Robert arrived at our home, he took his shoes off and placed a drop cloth on the floor to prevent any damage or staining to our carpets. "Excellent! From the estimate process through the final walk around, ever person I was in contact with were professional, timely, and clearly knew what they were doing. Roof looks great, clean up was great and at completion, I pointed out a couple of minor items which they resolved on the spot. I even noticed a small tear in a window screen after they left, they had a screen repair guy at my house the same day. Not the cheapest out there (I got three quotes), but you get what you pay for (including a 15 year warranty which no one else came close to). Cost included replacement of 2 skylights, which we are thrilled with. Highly recommend them."
