"I contacted Bob to get a quote on getting security film and tinted film installed on several windows in my house. Bob was extremely responsive and came to give me a quote at a time that worked for me. The quote was very reasonable and we scheduled the install. I had to reschedule the night before the install and Bob was very understanding and we rescheduled with no issue. Michael came to do the install and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and put on all the film perfectly. One of the windows was tough as it was old, very large, and had a lot of panes. Michael left no mess and didn't damage any windows. No bubbles in the film, it sits on the window perfectly. I would highly recommend!"

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. "It went exceptionally well. I was away, when the service was performed.  Because of rain, Mr. Tom Parks sent and email explaining that they would not come on the designated day, but on the next day, which they did.
Mr. Parks sent before photos of the roof and after photos.  They were very clear and told the story.  During the next heavy rain storm, I  kept my fingers crossed.  The repair was successful and I had no more leaks.
 Mr. Parks assured me that if there were any problems, they would come out and do whatever they needed to make the necessary repairs.  Well, I thought that I had a leak in a different area of the roof. Mr. Parks sent out " his best worker" to take a look.  It turns out that the leak was not from the roof, but from an upstairs toilet, that was leaking through my ceiling.
