"Arctic Window Tinting provided the answer to the sun damage and fading to the hardwood floors and carpets caused by the beautiful but incredibly bright, hot and glaring sunlight coming through the 3 skylights in our home. The owner, Bob, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable in providing options for blocking the harmful rays from the skylights with film would block the UV rays and cool our home. The installation was done carefully and the end result is just what we contracted for. We highly recommend Arctic Window Tinting.

"This was a Holmes on Homes like experience! Trevor was able to come out for an estimate within 2-3 days. He looked over everything and explained to me what a contractor I hired before did wrong. I did not go through Angie's list for my first contractor. Trevor was polite about his assessment of the previous contractor's work, but trust me, he really didn't have to be. The other guy charged me $420 to caulk and screw some roofing tin around the edges and was there for maybe 45 mins. Trevor explained he would take good care of me, and his price was MORE than fair for the work he and his co-worker did. He scheduled a start work date about a week from the estimate date. He and his crew were at my house on time. They laid down a contractor's mat just incase some debris fell into my home, and they moved some of my furniture out of the way before starting. They removed the existing skylight and all of the damaged shingles surrounding the skylight. The job was done neatly and orderly. They cut the wood needed to resize my frame, installed the new shingles, and finally installed the new skylight. While the man was working on my roof, he was singing :) I thought it was a good sign. He obviously likes what he does, and he did it to the best of his ability. I sing when I'm happy! When they finished, it was perfect. There was no sign that anything had ever been damaged. All of the debris was gone, the trash had been picked up, my furniture was moved back to its original position, and I couldn't be more satisfied. These men were pleasant, hardworking, and fair. It has rained and snowed quite a few times since the new skylight and the skylight has not leaked at all. I'd recommend this company to anyone or company that wants skylights! Incredible experience.

"Robert came to my house and inspected the roof and inside the attic. He explained what was going wrong with my roof and outlined my options for getting a new roof installed. He also showed me his company's credentials and their excellent ratings with various rating agencies. He gave me a quote and I was contacted to confirm the installation date. Robert and his crew showed up on time, worked really hard all day and had the new roof installed as well as the two new attic fans we had discussed installing. "It went exceptionally well. I was away, when the service was performed.  Because of rain, Mr. Tom Parks sent and email explaining that they would not come on the designated day, but on the next day, which they did.
Mr. Parks sent before photos of the roof and after photos.  They were very clear and told the story.  During the next heavy rain storm, I  kept my fingers crossed.  The repair was successful and I had no more leaks.
 Mr. Parks assured me that if there were any problems, they would come out and do whatever they needed to make the necessary repairs.  Well, I thought that I had a leak in a different area of the roof. Mr. Parks sent out " his best worker" to take a look.  It turns out that the leak was not from the roof, but from an upstairs toilet, that was leaking through my ceiling.
   I must say that I am more that pleased with how professional, responsive, pleasant Daniel Parks Roofing is and how they keep their word regarding the quality of work and also their honoring their promise regarding standing behind the work they perfor.
