"Christina and Andreas were quite thorough in their bids for 1) replacing 2 skylights, 2 replacing small deck leading from kitchen to our patio and 3 replacing roof on our shed. All work was with extreme care. There was very little drywall dust in replacing the skylights with their drop cloths catching what did fall. The deck' carpentry was done with precision cuts. Sub framing was replaced with more than adequate sub structure. They matched our roof for both the necessary rework around the kitchen skylights and just replacing the top half of out Dutch colonial style barn. I recommend them for your roofing, skylights and home improvement needs."

"Mr. Mackay came over very quickly after being contacted, and checked over our roof. He was very forthright and clear with his explanation of what we need to do. He told me that he was basically talking himself out of a job, but that we can do the work ourselves (sealing seams on the sunroom roof and caulking the skylights as needed). "It went exceptionally well. I was away, when the service was performed.  Because of rain, Mr. Tom Parks sent and email explaining that they would not come on the designated day, but on the next day, which they did.
Mr. Parks sent before photos of the roof and after photos.  They were very clear and told the story.  During the next heavy rain storm, I  kept my fingers crossed.  The repair was successful and I had no more leaks.
 Mr. Parks assured me that if there were any problems, they would come out and do whatever they needed to make the necessary repairs.  Well, I thought that I had a leak in a different area of the roof. Mr. Parks sent out " his best worker" to take a look.  It turns out that the leak was not from the roof, but from an upstairs toilet, that was leaking through my ceiling.
   I must say that I am more that pleased with how professional, responsive, pleasant Daniel Parks Roofing is and how they keep their word regarding the quality of work and also their honoring their promise regarding standing behind the work they perfor.

"I met with 3 roofing contractors. All of them were roughly within $100 for their quotes. However, Four Seasons Home Improvement Co.included the skylight and watershield w/drip edge. I requested a certificate of insurance prior to signing the proposal. Andrew Muhlboch provided the certificate when we met to sign the proposal. The roofing crew arrived on Monday March 14th and completed the entire job that day. The crew cleaned up after the job and left the property in the same conditon as when they arrived. This was an easy roofing job and Four Seasons did not complicate it. They did what they said they would do. My only complaint is that I think their pricing for plywood roof decking is a bit on the expensive side at: 1/2" CDX plywood (4'x8') at $105.00/sheet. Fortunately, this job only required 1 sheet of plywood for replacement. The crew manager contacted me when his crew encountered the damaged plywood and welcomed that I wanted to inspect it. It was an obvious replacement."
