"We have a small leak at the top of our skylight on heavy rains, and I called a few companies for the estimate.  Ray from Prime Building Services came to our house, and gave an estimate of $385.00 to reflash the skylight.  That was the lowest price.  So we chose it based on the fact the company has a decent rating on Angie's list.
On the appointment day, Vincent from the company came.  He told us the quote was only for skylight reflash, and we'd better caulk the glass for another &75.00.  I was able to negotiate $20.00 off the price.  In the end he supposedly reflashed the skylight, and caulked the glass with an overall price of $440.00
It is unknown if the fix has been effective since there hasn't been a heavy rain since then.  So I can't comment on the quality of the work.  However, I do feel that I wasn't given the whole picture of the usual scope and price of the work in the beginning to "trick" me into buying their service.  In fact, I checked the proposals from other companies.  They charge a similar price for what Prime Building Services had performed.  They are not cheap after all."
