They have offered me several discounts and even some free work which is very much appreciated! Their prices without discounts is also very reasonable. Their quote on a tankless water heater (which is my next project) was also the best I received out of three different companies. The front desk staff are always very pleasant when I've called to set up an appointment and have availability within a few business days. Joel has been the plumber sent to my house for all our service calls. He is very helpful, professional, and does fantastic work. This company is clearly well organized with great staff and they care about their customers!"
