It's important that when you're looking for a solar company, that the one you choose has a lot of background knowledge in electricity and integrating in with the grid to its fullest and safest capacity. The previous solar installer I used was not privy to that, and Apollo was knowledgeable enough to fix all of the efficiency and safety issues they had created. I had an electrician come out after the project was completed, and it passed inspection with the electrician saying he couldn't have done better himself. "We've been with them for 12 years. It's just inconvenient when you have somebody come out and they don't do it correctly and in the hottest part of the summer you have to go a week without air conditioning. That was uncomfortable. I had to call them again about my dishwasher. The same guy has come out four times and has had to order the parts and every time they've put in a new electronic panel. I just find it hard to believe that a dishwasher that's about 10 years old needs four electronic panels put in it. I'm paying $75 each time. I'm hoping this time they will allow me to just go get a new one. It never works completely because it doesn't ever dry dishes. It's just an ongoing issue. You have wait for a while when they order parts. It costs $75 per visit. I've had him out here five times already for my dishwasher. That's almost enough to buy a new dishwasher."
