They accommodated moving my new water heater to a different/preferred area of the basement. Robin's communication with me was always prompt and excellent, including a follow-up call after installation. "I purchased and angie's list deal for $99 for a service call and 1 hour labor. Provider arrived on time. I had him take a look at the dishwasher which was accumulating water at the bottom. It ended up being a problem with a dishwasher part and not the garbage disposal, as they do not do dishwasher repairs he was not able to fix it but did provide me with recommendations to fix the problem. I also had a clogged toilet which he unplugged and has been working great since!

Crew of 3 worked individually and together over several weeks to accomplish all facets of project.    At least 1 of them was here over the final 3 or 4 day period and they were very thorough.    Gas line work excellent, too.   Fan in upstairs bathroom super quiet.     Just now getting to heavy weather and furnace seems great.    The house is definitely more 'airtight' now.    Haven't needed the ac much yet.

Pool heater (not installed by Berry) needs fixing in spring, perhaps because more gas to unit required an adjustment which will be accomplished next season.

Crew skillfully installed replacement siding to cover spot from which outdoor ac unit was removed.
