"Had to cancel because one TV always froze after about 5 minutes, and they were never able to fix it. They did try several times and let us out of the contract since they could not provide full service. I would gladly use them again if they could figure out that technical problem, which apparently is rare in their experience.

"Crew of 3 worked individually and together over several weeks to accomplish all facets of project. At least 1 of them was here over the final 3 or 4 day period and they were very thorough. Gas line work excellent, too. Fan in upstairs bathroom super quiet. Just now getting to heavy weather and furnace seems great. The house is definitely more 'airtight' now. Haven't needed the ac much yet.
Pool heater (not installed by Berry) needs fixing in spring, perhaps because more gas to unit required an adjustment which will be accomplished next season.
Crew skillfully installed replacement siding to cover spot from which outdoor ac unit was removed.
