"I had two claims.  The first was for the garage door which the spring had broken.  The repair process was slow.  They were unable to find a service provider in their approved network so they paid out an estimation of the cost of the repairs.  The second was for a leaky water heater.  They paid for the services to repair the water heater system.  Overall it was a pleasant experience for the first year of coverage on my house.
