"Got the quote over the phone.  The quote was comparable to other quotes, but Dun-Rite was the only plumber to offer same-day service.  Plumber called to say he was on the way.  Initially said 3-6 p.m., but water tank was in and running mid-afternoon.  It was a heck of a difficult job to remove and haul away the old, rusty, leaking tank, place a new pan (to bring up to code) and install the new water heater.  Definitely would call Dun-Rite again.
