The installers he sent up were friendly and very knowledable. They did an excellent job removing the old system and installing the new one. They also very efficient at cleaning up before they left. We opted to keep the old system and dispose of it ourselves but they offered to haul it off as part of their services. Before they left they explained how to program the new thermostat and gave advice about the filters and operation of the equipment.
