I had some concerns with the service during this period, but allowed her to handle these. She moved out and I assumed responsibility for the same pool and services. I notice EP invoiced me an increase of approximately 35% from what my sister was invoiced, with no prior communication or notice. A significant price change without prior discussion or transparency is disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider.
