"We hired Santa Maria flooring for a large high end project (5,000 sq ft) and we couldn't be happier with them. Their bid was more competitive than most, and in some cases significantly less than some larger companies. The quality of the work is excellent. They have completed complex herringbone work, large format 12x48 plank tile, subway work and lots of deco tile work. Extremely precise work and detailed oriented. It's all overseen by Chris who does the quoting and is literally on site checking on things several times a day. You can't ask for more. I wish our other contractors for other projects we are doing were this organized, well overseen, and well executed."

"Wonderful experience from start of process to end of project. They removed all my tile in kitchen ,entry way, laundry room and carpets in all areas except bedrooms. Laminate flooring and baseboards was replaced throughout the installers were on time and worked very hard to finish the job in 2 1/2 days. They also cleaned up every day after they left. No complaint here the flooring looks great. I would recommend this company a little bit pricey than other quotes I received but it was worth not having any headaches. I am glad I chose them. Brooke the sales representative is very knowledgeable of the products and service. This indeed was a wonderful seamless experience."
