David, at the store, was extremely helpful making everything easy and Jr. is a highly experienced, professional carpet layer. We have had carpet laid multiple times in our lives and this experience was certainly one of the most pleasant. We highly recommend Georgia Floors Direct. "Carpets came clean for the most part.  A couple of the high traffic areas still showed darker trails.  Could be that the tech missed these areas while pretreating, or the areas were pretreated and were too soiled to come clean.  (Carpets are old.)  
Technician was polite, on time, and finished in less than an hour.  Carpets dried quickly.  The best feature of this service was the absence of strong chemical odor.  Would hire again.  Next time I will ensure that all of the high traffic areas are pretreated.

"I heard these guys were doing some work in the area so I gave them a call and they came out the same day to see what's going on. My ceiling drywall in the garage was falling and crumbling due to age and improper installation from the previous owner. The guys were able to come in and cut it away and replace it within 2 days! These guys are fast AND affordable! I paid half the amount I would have paid for anyone else! I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for future projects and services!"
