They are very friendly and I feel extremely trustworthy.  They will do anything I ask them to, most of the time without extra cost, unless it's a big job.  Normal cleaning for my house, which I have done every two weeks, includes dusting/polishing all surfaces (the blinds too), vacuuming (sometimes shampooing), the bathrooms (toilets, tubs, floors, counters and mirrors), the kitchen (counters, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and floor), and finally cleaning my hard wood and tile floors.  All of that for a very reasonable price.

He is an excellent craftsman, able to manage project work all by himself in good time. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"We did have them come through and do two different jobs.  He was easy to work with and flexible on his time.  He was very trustworthy, we left him the keys to our house so he could get in.  It is a small, self contracted business.  There were a couple of things I thought could have been done a little better but it was not anything that destroyed the job.  The price was good it was very reasonable."
