When the tech arrived, they were very friendly and knowlegeable and quickly got the work done, they also gave me pieces of the carpeting and told me to save them in case the carpet was damaged, it could be fixed. I would like to thank the techs for a proffessional job and the advice they gave me regarding my carpet.
