"We had porcelain tile replaced in our foyer and around the fireplace. The end result far exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. Excellent customer service and Joe's knowledge about tile is extraordinary. If you need tile installed call Imperial Tile. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere. Cassandra Darden Charlotte, NC"

"Excellent. I could not find the right size tile to fix the hole. The old tile measured 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 but I could only find tile that measured 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 which would have made it look ugly. Chris cleaned the old tile pieces and put it back together so that it looks like the day it was tiled."

"We had the pleasure of having Todd renovate both bathrooms recently. Our master shower had a bad leak. Todd found the leak, demo'd the shower and started from scratch and created the most beautiful tile shower! For our guest bath, we had an 18 year old tub/shower fiberglass unit that had seen better days. Todd tore out the whole unit and created a beautiful floor to ceiling tile shower. I can't begin to tell you how thrilled we are - no more stepping over a tub, no more shower curtain! Todd was very honest and reliable, was a good communicator, was very patient explaining things to us, was very reasonable priced, and helped us to select the proper materials for the jobs. His work is very precise and we found him to be extremely experienced and knowledgeable about his craft. We are really happy with Todd and highly recommend him!"

"Great tile grout work by Sam."

"Professional work from start to finish. Jared helped me not only on the selection of my countertop and backsplash, but was there to answer questions every step of the way. His crew is professional, tidy and the post project clean up was amazing! Highly recommend."
