"I was hoping to remove and replace my 50 year old tired and broken tile in the kitchen with something fresher but after talking with George, he suggested I replace the tile with granite counter tops. Now top grade counter tops for my kitchen would generally cost about $3K plus installation but George knew of a granite product which he quoted me $1400 to install.  There was an additional cost of $150 for a new stainless sink but I didnt think that was too bad.  I could have skipped the sink but because of space limitations, the granite top would have had to be cut in half around the sink and I didnt think I would like that look.
Georges workers did the job in just a few hours and my wife is very happy with the results.
The project left me needing to call a plumber to install the sink connections and garbage disposal but now everything is just fine.

"The job went very well. John worked with us by performing the work over three move-ins so that we were able to use most of our house during the process. The level of quality is very good including cement floated floors over wood and hot mop tar for waterproofing in the shower. The layout for the tile pattern was right on and Johns recommendations are good and should followed. I am a licensed contractor in another trade so I have a good understanding of doing a job right with a critical eye for workmanship."

"It went OK. I found the owner to be pretty aggressive in an unpleasant way. For that initial job he charged me a lot (I believe it was $450.00 to fix the finish on two 18x18 tiles). When he reminded me of Elite's minimum I asked him if he would seal two bathrooms. He said he'd to come back to do that. When he came back he charged me the minimum again to my surprise. When questioned he quite aggressively said each visit incurred the minimum charge and pointed me to his page on Angie's list. He got his money, but I don't think he will ever get my business again."

Tile company to completely remove our very old shower... he did a great job with keeping everything clean and protected. It came out unique and looks like I paid a lot of money for this project but, actually it was very reasonable. We paid out of pocket for all materials. "It took a long time but it is done. I had some problems with them but they did satisfy me as the customer. There were some spots on the floor that should have not been there. So they ended up giving me a discount, it was a $30000 job and they gave me a 900 discount for the spots on the floor so I don't know how to rate them. The floor is 99% perfect. There was only a 1% I was unhappy with and am still unhappy with. But I decided to settle with them because I didn't want to move out all of my furniture again and have them redo the floor. It's really a big hassle. I don't want to give them a bad mark but I just can't give them a 10. 

They were very professional so I have to admire that. I would use them again for carpet but probably not for oak flooring."
