"Groutsmith was incredible! The two ladies did a fantastic job - Where I had never liked the tile before, it now looks like a new floor, especially as the grout lines have been lightened. Highly recommend this company. The show now looks refreshed; front outside flagstone steps and landing to be done next."

"Remedy Surface Care was selected to improve the visual appearance of our grout lines within about 900 SF of tile. They offered 2 proposals: (1) clean grout lines or (2) clean and color seal the lines. Each had it pros/cons. We decided to go with their color sealing proposal. The work was professionally done. It was done as outlined and on schedule. It now looks beautiful and we are very pleased."

From the very beginning, the experience was smooth, honest, and professional. The quote was spot-on and well under what I expected, with no surprises or hidden costs. Thomas took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with every decision before the work began. The quality of the work is absolutely amazing. They redid my entire house, and the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish exceeded my expectations. The project was handled efficiently, the crew was respectful of my home, and the results speak for themselves.
