"Flavio is an artist with tiles and enjoys his work. He and his wife were very professional and fair. They had a written contract that they were willing to negotiate reasonably. He and his crew showed up when they said they would cleaned up after their work . He returned extra tiles to the store to save me money and showed receipts.Over all a pleasure to work with."

"Clay worked on our 15 yr old stall shower that we had done little to maintain. He was to replace all the grouting for the tumbled marble floor tile and the grout at the intersection of the floor with all vertical surfaces made up of larger marble tile. We initially discovered that the floor grouting was not drying uniformly. Multiple visits and several work arounds later, only confirmed my confidence that Clay had the experience to bring whatever skills were necessary to more than resolve our grout drying problem. Clay is a PRO, a "People Person", and dedicated to satisfying his clients' needs. My review (prior to hiring ACT ONE) of earlier references, was more than confirmed through performance on our job. I heartily recommend Clay for similar projects. Alan S. Boston"

"Ed was prompt, explained everything in detail. Very Professional, but friendly. Before he left he made sure to tell us how to take care of the tile floor. I would hire him again in a heartbeat."

"I was really pleasantly surprised by the speed, quality, and price given to us by this company. I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"The work has been done exceeding my expectation. Because of unexpected schedule, I was not there when the work was done, so when I checked it out next day, it was done just as expected. I am very happy for this company's work. BTW, I had opportunity to view their countertop materials show rooms, there are so many choices. So I would recommend it without any reservation."

"Ornel and Al did a great job and I am very pleased with the outcome. The tile was placed too closely to the electrical outlets and someone had to use a dremel to file the tile so the outlets could be installed, which was a pain. Ornel installed a 3 mural tile over my stove and took great care with the spacing and placement of that. I would hire them again!"

"The job was scheduled quickly and the work was done to my satisfaction. Their estimate for the amount of tile I needed was spot on...no overbuying to drive up the price. I felt their price was very fair, and I would not hesitate to call them again."

"Nick and Steve were awesome! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient and got our gas fireplace working after years of not being able to find someone to service it. Thank you!!"

"We hired Superior Property Solutions for our primary bath remodel. They were professional and prompt and very easy to work with. The team was well-organized, worked hard and cleaned up every day. Jay really went the extra mile to ensure that our vision was achieved. He has great attention to detail and it is clear that he takes great pride in his work!"

"I called terry to see if my counter could be raise as my new dishwasher would not fit where my old one was. I was told I had to either cut the floor or do the counter over He said it would be a lot of work as I have tile that would have to be cut. He then asked if he could try something and guess what he got my dishwasher in with no cutting that the other guy said I had to do. Terry and Dave are the best. Thank you"
