This house was built in the 80's but the tub and tiles were still in great shape and a neutral color so I decided to re-grout and restore to better appearance and function. "Very hard-working owner. Estimate competitive. Pavers have to have several layers of sealer removed. The final cost would have been more than estimated because the extra product is needed.
