"Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy, I was expecting him to just give me an estimate and schedule a time to come back, but he was able to fix my carpeting right away in two rooms. Couldn't believe how fast he worked, plus explaining to me what needed to happen first for my approval. He not only moved the furniture, but my smaller items I had in the rooms, (since I wasn't prepared for him to be doing it right away), and even put everything back when done. Very satisfied."

Pat and his co-worker got busy vacuuming the carpets where needed before deep cleaning. They moved furnature where necessary, and picked up all small rugs and runners, cleaned, and took them outside to dry. The wood floors in the kitchen and dining room were cleaned, along with the tile in the foyer. We are very happy with the very professional services they provided and will use Twin Lakes again.
